Our expertise lies in: - Decommissioning and demolition services: Hazardous material removal and disposal, demolition, utility relocates, ground improvements; Remediation and reclamation services: Excavation, Transportation, Remediation, and Disposal of contaminated and non-contaminated soils.; Water treatment solutions: provide water treatment solutions - solids removal, contaminated water treatment, filter press, mine tailings etc.;
- Environmental/ civil construction solutions: environmental design and construction of landfills and ponds; Emergency Response Services

**Detailed Description**:
**Job Purpose**:

- We are currently looking for an Equipment Coordinator to join our Water Solutions team. This position is based out of Richmond, British Columbia._

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**:
The Water Solutions Equipment Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for overseeing maintenance operations and equipment repair on all projects ensuring the equipment is maintained to the highest standards.
- Ensure the proper maintenance and repair of equipment at Secure’ locations and at all client sites by managing maintenance and ongoing activities.
- Communicate regularly with business unit manager, water superintendent, warehouse coordinator, planners and parts personnel to insure optimal maintenance.
- Ensures adherence to all laws, regulations, policies, procedures and guidelines affecting areas of responsibility.
- Actively support the management team in maintaining safety programs and safety values.
- Responsible for the safety compliance of the repair of the water solutions equipment.
- Monitor developing trends and innovation regarding equipment.
- Accurate and timely coding of all invoices
- Assist in spec’ing of new equipment.
- Assist in spec’ing of new equipment warranty packages
- Ensure equipment is ready for the requested date by projects
- Ensure all necessary equipment, attachments and tools are sent to each site in a timely manner
- Actively support the management team in maintaining safety programs
- Process and coordinate equipment transfers between groups
- Preventative maintenance data review
- Accurately capturing repair and maintenance costs and ensuring costs are correctly assigned to the correct asset

**Qualifications/Competencies**:
The individual in this role will have:

- 5-10 years Equipment Coordination experience
- 5-10 years equipment/supply chain experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
- Must be self-motivated and able to function in a team environment
- Detail orientation for working with numbers and accuracy of information.
- Strong organizational skills.
