Reporting to the Program Manager, Facilities and Asset Management, the Facilities and Asset Management Operations Coordinator provides organizational, administrative, and maintenance support and services related to District wide projects, operations and repair of facilities and equipment. This position includes the evaluation of mechanical, electrical, and general building systems as well as manages the cyclical maintenance of and emergency repair of a facility’s equipment. This role will help develop, implement and evaluate facility operations, processes, and programs including the delivery of minor capital and operational projects. The Facilities and Asset Management Operations Coordinator is also responsible for the cleanliness and effective operation of all buildings within the department’s portfolio and ensures a high level of customer service and professionalism in delivering facilities services to all occupants.
