Head Bartender

The Head Bartender (Mixologist) oversees the outlet's bar operations and other bartenders' work to ensure that they provide positive customer experience. He/She ensures the smooth running of the bar. He/She should also be skilled in serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to restaurant and bar patrons. He/She may serve beer and wine, make classic drinks or create new recipes for cocktails.
- Administer purchasing and receiving procedures.
- Analyse alcoholic beverage business.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages and their ingredients
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and POS systems
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to provide exceptional hospitality
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for calculating bills and making change

**Salary**: $17.50-$18.50 per hour
