What Synergy needs from you:

- Applicants must be Trained / Certified with 1 year experience
- Care for Clients in a professional manner
- Patient/Client Documentation/Charting as required.

**Salary**: $19.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 36 per week
