**WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR**

We are looking for dynamic team members with a strong work ethic and enthusiastic, positive attitude to join our growing company. We are looking for talented Control Systems Specialists to join our smart and dedicated team. More specifically, we're looking for individuals who continuously strive for excellence, enjoy facing new challenges, and take pride in the success of our client focused solutions. To meet the needs of our clients, our team is supported by Control System Specialists at every level.

We have immediate needs for:

- Individuals who enjoy designing using EPLAN
- Individuals who are looking to gain on site, controls experience, in the London area.

After successfully completing this first project, successful team members will move on to the next integration project

**WHAT YOU WOULD DO**
- Uphold safe work practices as per RidgeTech Automation’s safety policies and requirements
- Primarily responsible for the technical control system aspects of projects
- Manage client relationship and project scope under direction of Account Manager(s); communicating project schedule requirements
- Complete controls designs and electrical schematics; specifying hardware and components
- Develop PLC/HMI/SCADA programs; Set up VFD’s and Servo systems
- Contribute to automation projects through the entire design system process
- Commissioning and debugging support of panels at builder and client sites
- Troubleshooting electrical/mechanical and fluid power systems
- Teaching robot paths; setting up and verifying safety systems
- Collaborate and provide support to other Team Members

**WHAT YOU BRING**

**Required Qualifications**
- Degree/diploma in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems or Robotics & Automation is required
- Applicable experience in the Controls and Automation Industry
- Senior Team Members have a minimum of 7 years of experience
- Intermediate Team Members typically have 3-7 years of experience
- Junior Team Members have 1-3 years of experience, including co-op placements
- Valid Drivers License & access to reliable transportation
- Valid Passport to allow for international travel without restrictions

**Required Skills**:

- Must have a positive attitude and be able to communicate well with both clients and team members
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Highly motivated and reliable team player
- Be able to work well independently, staying both efficient and motivated
- Have a strong willingness to learn and be a well-rounded team member
- Willingness to travel locally or abroad
- We strive to maintain a local workload, domestic and global travel may be required. The locations and length of travel will vary depending on the projects and workloads at any given time.
