**Position Overview**

We are currently seeking foreman plumbing/gasfitter tradesmen to join our site teams in various locations in Alberta. We are based in Camrose and currently have a number of projects in town. There is the potential for future out-of-town opportunities. **Roles and Responsibilities**
- Under the direction of the Project Manager, foremen will be responsible for the supervision of journeyman level work performed in the plumbing and gasfitting trades, as well as the maintenance and repair of various heating and cooling systems.
- Collaborating with site foreman and other trades to coordinate site work activities and project planning
- Responsible for the guidance and coordination of tradesmen engaged in the maintenance, repair, and alteration of water supply systems, sanitary and drainage systems, heating and cooling systems, etc and provide leadership in apprentice development
- Maintaining general awareness and understanding of plumbing codes and regulations.
- Interpret drawings and blueprints to layout, measure and mark dimension and reference lines
- Installation, repair and preventative maintenance associated with plumbing, heating, gas lines and equipment; troubleshooting plumbing systems.
- Install and assemble pipes, fixtures, valves, fittings and other required equipment.
- Assisting in testing all plumbing installations and reporting any errors
- Comply with standards and procedures of industry and company Safety Manual and abide by safety rules set out in the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Operate a variety of hand tools using safe work practices, always aware of personal and client safety.
- Assist in identifying and preparing proper materials, equipment and tools required for new and existing projects.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clientele while on worksites.
- Ensure accuracy and completion of assigned tasks and projects.
- Perform other duties as required.

**Position Requirements**:
Requirements for the position include but are not limited to:

- Commercial / Institutional plumbing experience
- Valid Driver’s license and abstract to be provided
- Your own set of hand tools.
- WHMIS
- First Aid
- CSTS
- Any other certifications are considered an asset.
- Must be willing to travel to sites and be on scheduled shifts which would include various sites in central & northern Alberta.

**Salary**: $20.00-$40.00 per hour
