**Description**:
Le Project Control Officer (PCO) est responsable de la gestion de la performance, du suivi et du contrôle des projets dans le cadre de la méthodologie SAFe.

Il/elle assurera la coordination des activités entre les différentes équipes, le respect des échéances, des budgets et des objectifs, tout en soutenant la mise en œuvre des processus agiles au sein des Program Increments (PI) et Agile Release Trains (ART).

**Responsabilités principales**:

- Suivi de la performance des projets : Assurer le suivi des indicateurs clés de performance (KPIs) des projets, évaluer les risques et les retards, et proposer des actions correctives en collaboration avec les équipes agiles.
- Gestion des plannings : Planifier et coordonner les échéances des projets en veillant à la synchronisation des activités entre les différentes équipes et à la gestion des dépendances.
- Suivi budgétaire : Gérer les budgets des projets, surveiller les coûts et garantir le respect des contraintes budgétaires. Identifier les écarts et recommander des ajustements.
- Communication avec les parties prenantes : Assurer une communication fluide avec les parties prenantes, notamment les Product Owners, Release Train Engineers (RTE) et autres acteurs clés. Fournir des rapports réguliers sur l’avancement, les risques et les résultats.
- Amélioration continue : Proposer des initiatives visant à améliorer la gestion de projet, les processus et les outils, dans le but d'optimiser la performance des équipes agiles et la livraison des produits.
- Gestion des risques : Identifier, analyser et suivre les risques des projets, tout en mettant en place des actions préventives ou correctives pour garantir leur réussite.

**Profil recherché**:

- Expérience de 3 à 5 ans minimum en gestion de projets, de préférence dans un environnement agile et en mode SAFe.
- Connaissance approfondie des méthodologies agiles et SAFe, avec une expérience en gestion de projet à grande échelle.
- Compétences solides en gestion de plannings, suivi budgétaire et contrôle de la performance.
- Maîtrise des outils de gestion de projet (Jira, Confluence, MS Project, etc.).
- Bonne capacité d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en gestion des parties prenantes.
- Une certification SAFe ou PMP est un plus.

- Connaissance de Jira + suite Atlassian, X-Ray, Easy BI, Power BI et outils bureautiques MSOffice
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément
- Habiletés relationnelles, leadership informel démontré
- Rigueur dans l’exécution des tâches et des communications
- Bilinguisme (parlé/écrit) français et anglais.
- Présence au bureau 2-3 semaine
