Job Summary: We seek a skilled and creative Mixologist to join our team. As a Mixologist, you will be responsible for crafting and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to our customers.

Your expertise in mixology, attention to detail, and passion for providing exceptional customer service will help create a memorable experience for our guests.

**Duties**:

- Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages according to recipes and customer preferences.
- Provide recommendations and suggestions to customers based on their preferences and the available drink menu
- Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations while handling and preparing beverages - Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, including processing payments, providing change, and maintaining an organized cash drawer.
- Maintain knowledge of current drink trends, ingredients, and techniques to improve beverage offerings continuously.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service.
- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding alcohol service, including checking identification of customers to verify legal drinking age.

**Skills**:

- Strong mathematical skills for accurate measurement of ingredients and cash handling.
- Experience in bartending or the food service industry preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Exceptional hospitality skills with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely preparation of drinks during peak hours.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with customers and team members.
- Proficiency in operating Point of Sale (POS) systems for order processing and payment handling.
- Basic math skills for calculating bills, tips, and discounts accurately.

Pay: $16.55-$31.81 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
