Parts Manager

Assign and direct parts personnel; coach and mentor employees, assisting them in reaching monthly department goals
- Hire and train parts counter staff
- Knowledge of the location of all parts and some knowledge of uses and installation techniques
- Communicate effectively with the Service and Sales department to order customer and stock unit parts
- Address complaints and resolve problems
- Manage parts inventory and track parts sales and usage
- Monitor inventory control including replenishment, stocking, cycle counting and physical inventory
- **Education**:
- High school graduation or equivalency
- A Parts journeyman ticket is considered an asset.
- Previous retail experience is required, preferably within an automobile or RV dealership.
- Management experience is an asset
- Must be willing to take regular WHMIS, First Aid and other occupational training as provided by the company.

**Work Environment**:
- The Parts Manager works within the Parts store
- They may be required to work off site for RV Shows.
- They will be required to work weekends and the occassional evening, especially during the busy season of April through September.
**Reports to**:
The Parts Manager reports directly to the Regional Parts & Service Manager
