Calgary, Canada Auburn Bay Residents Association Full time

Join our vibrant team for an exciting summer experience The Auburn Bay Residents Association (ABRA) is seeking reliable, motivated, and enthusiastic individuals to join us as Customer Service Representatives for the upcoming summer season. Our organization is committed to providing exceptional service and creating memorable moments for our residents. This position will begin in May 2024 and will end in September 2024 however there is the potential for this position to become year-round. Hours of work will vary throughout the week and include evenings and weekends.

Specific Duties

Reporting to the Administrative Supervisors and Administrative Manager, the CSR is responsible for providing excellent customer service and day to day enforcement of the rules and regulations of the Auburn Bay Residents Association at the Auburn House facility
- Provide exceptional customer service and portray a professional manner;
- Effectively respond to customer inquiries;
- Ensure all people entering the facility or park have been checked in;
- Complete appropriate forms and logs in regard to park usage, equipment rentals, guests, etc;
- Process payments for membership cards, fees, etc;
- Conduct private rental walkthroughs;
- Enforce all Auburn Bay Residents Association rules and policies;
- Adhere to all ABRA regulations, guidelines, policies and procedures, and safety programs at all times;
- Assist set-up and organization or programs and special events;
- Be an effective public relations person for the ABRA and communicate effectively and courteously with staff and residents;
- Assist boathouse when necessary;
- Required to work special events;
- Other reasonable duties as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent people skills;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Ability to comprehend verbal and written instructions accurately;
- Experience in a customer service role;
- General computer knowledge;
- General knowledge of Microsoft Office programs;
- Attention to detail;
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work with others and take direction;
- Ability to work independently;
- Self-starter/ability to take initiative;
- Positive attitude;
- Confident in high stress situations;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs;
- Satisfactory criminal background check;
- CPR & First Aid Certification is an asset.

**Salary**: $15.00-$17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 35 per week
