We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our team. As the Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the food and beverage operations including Bar and Banquets. This includes managing the staff, ensuring high-quality service, and maintaining a positive dining experience for our guests. If you have a passion for food and beverage, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to excellence, we want to hear from you.

**Duties**:

- Manage and supervise all food and beverage operations
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures for food service
- Train and mentor staff on food handling, preparation, and customer service
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Oversee the scheduling of staff to ensure adequate coverage
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to develop new menu items and specials
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in food service management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on providing an outstanding dining experience
- Proficient in cash handling procedures and Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills
