**We are looking for a Production Officer to join our team **This is a 1-year maternity leave contract.**

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**

Under the supervision of the Marketing and Communications Project Manager, the Production Officer is

responsible for managing the schedules and production of marketing and communications deliverables.

The position involves planning activity timelines, coordinating with team members, identifying

opportunities for efficiencies, reporting status of activities, contributing to Marketing and

Communications plans, and supporting the Marketing and Communications Project Manager to ensure

deliverables are achieved according to best practices.

**In this role you can expect to**:

- Work with the Marketing and Communications Project Manager to plan the production of materials, partner deliverables, programs and products from kick-off to public launch
- Manage the development and implementation of offline and online marketing materials and company communications, ensuring accuracy and clarity while respecting corporate guidelines and confidentiality requirements
- Track progress of activities and report any roadblocks, conflicts and potential challenges on an ongoing basis
- Coordinate marketing and communications activities to support BioTalent Canada projects, product revenue and partnerships
- Track and report on production metrics
- Identify and work with the Marketing and Communications team to implement production efficiencies
- Ensure processes are documented and relevant tracking tools are updated by working with the Marketing and Communications Administrative Assistant
- Coordinate with contractors, such as graphic designers, and printers to build marketing collateral
- Edit and proofread materials
- Track activities in the client relationship management system (CRM) and project management tools
- Contribute to the coordination, creation and implementation of marketing activities, materials, and messaging
- Provide back-up support for Marketing and Communication Coordinator activities as required
- Prioritize lead generation efforts alongside the regular requirements of the role
- Other duties in line with the Mission and Objectives of BioTalent Canada as assigned by the Marketing and Communications Project Manager
