**417 Nissan** in **Ottawa **is currently recruiting a **Part Time Receptionist **to support our busy sales team during evenings and Saturdays.

As the Receptionist you will be responsible for welcoming and assisting visitors, general office duties, and being the face and voice of our Dealership. First impressions are a driving force in business and therefore, your demeanor, knowledge, and helpfulness are extremely influential when representing our brand in Ottawa, Ontario

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
- Provide visitors with an exceptional customer experience by greeting each customer personally, checking them in using our concierge service, and guiding them to the right person within the dealership.
- Ensure visitors are comfortable and are attended to.
- Assist with a variety of administrative tasks, including copying and scanning documents.
- Maintain tidiness of common areas and prepare meeting rooms
- Monitor inventory and order office supplies.
- Answer, forward, and screen phone calls in a professional manner. Receive, sort, and distribute mail and courier packages.
- Other duties as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Completion of a High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- Two to three (2-3) years Reception experience preferred.
- Phenomenal interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in the hospitality industry is considered an asset.
- Conscientious, thorough, accurate, and reliable when performing and completing job tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to multi-task in a high-volume, fast-paced working environment, frequently under urgent deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
- Must be available to work part time hours, evenings and Saturdays
