**Picker Packer**

We are currently recruiting for a Picker/Packer, working on our day shift in our Spare Parts Department which operates Monday to Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m, with some occasional overtime.

**Role Summary**

Manages pick ticket orders from warehouse staff and management and physically pulls inventory from the shelves to ensure accurate delivery of warehouse products. Packs orders, including shrink wrapping contents onto pallets, and loads them on trucks for delivery while ensuring orders are accurate and records of inventory are kept up to date for a smooth flow in warehouse operations.

**Responsibilities**
- Manages sales orders and pick lists
- Pulls items from the shelves based on item number, and quantity requirements
- Ensures that orders are picked accurately and efficiently
- Ensures all items are uniquely identified
- Use pallet jacks, Carts, Dolleys, or other equipment to move and transport spare parts
- Build and assemble boxes or crates for packaging purposes
- Keep staging areas organized and labeled
- Keep storage areas organized and labeled
- Communicate with communicate with team members on low stock items
- Packing of orders to ensure the good condition and safe delivery of goods during transportation.
- Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, including loading and unloading trucks
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Ability to perform task accurately and efficiently
- Physical stamina to lift and move heavy objects as needed (Up to 60LBS)
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to perform repetitive physical work including bending, lifting & reaching

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

**Education**:
