Dundas, Canada Dundas Granite Curling Club Full time

**Position Summary**

This position will be responsible for carrying out the duties indicated under Responsibilities, from _June 2024 _until _September, 2024. _The Club Cleaner will be required for 3 hours, one day per week. This is a seasonal contract position with potential to earn a contract extension at increased hours once the Club opens more regularly in October.

**Responsibilities**:

- Clean and maintain assigned areas of the Club
- Dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
- Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, including toilets and sinks
- Replenishing supplies such as towels, toilet paper, and soap
- Emptying trash bins and disposing of waste properly
- Reporting any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel
- Adhering to cleaning procedures and protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment for guests

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping preferred, but not required
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Good time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift/move heavy objects if necessary

**Job Type**: Seasonal
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3 per week
