- Gather business requirements directly from key stakeholders
- Build data visualizations
- Contribute to data assets catalogs and documentation by using standards previously set
- Contribute to building Springpod’s analytical ecosystem following architecture principles set by the Data and Analytics area

**Experience**
- **Essential**
- Experience gathering business requirements from key stakeholders
- Experience performing data cleaning, preprocessing, and transformation tasks to ensure data quality and consistency
- Experience creating and following documentation guidelines and development best practices
- Experience implementing data lakes and data warehouses in cloud environments
- Familiarity with data quality concepts
- **Desirable**
- Experience working with user data, with student (13-18) data being beneficial
- Experience working across multiple stacks, include LAMP
- Basic knowledge and/or experience on ML/AI projects

**Knowledge**
- **Essential**
- Strong knowledge on a variety of BI reporting tools. Amazon Quicksight and Holistics are a bonus
- Proficiency in SQL
- Advanced data quality and data warehousing concepts
- **Desirable**
- Data security and privacy policies to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Knowledge of early careers sector is a bonus
- Certifications in the Business Analysis field are valuable (IBAA-ECBA, etc.)
- Familiarity with Data Governance concepts

**Skills**
- ** Essential**
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting - You should be able to identify and resolve issues related to data processing, data quality, and data transfer
- Communication and collaboration - Effective communication and collaboration skills are essential for working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, including data analysts, product managers, and other engineers
- Self-starter - You should be curious, eager to learn, and have a passion for solving complex data problems, with a high degree of autonomy
- Given his seniority, it is expected high level of autonomy and proactive collaboration

**Salary**: C$65k-C$75k

**Location**: Vancouver, Canada (Hybrid)
