**FULL -TIME SHIPPING & RECEIVING / PARTS DELIVERY POSITION - METRO TRUCK AYR, ON.**

The Metro Truck Group of companies is a full-service centre for all heavy truck and trailer needs. As our trusted brand continues to evolve, we are looking for a dual Shipping and Receiving / Parts Delivery person to join our Ayr team

**Main Duties Include (but are not limited to)**:

- Manage the shipping process to ensure timely, accurate deliveries for both incoming and outgoing shipments
- Manage stock and inventory control, while diligently recording inventory in the operating system
- Responsible for picking and assembling orders, preparing orders for shipment, and loading and unloading trucks
- Responsible for receiving shipments by signing for incoming shipments, inspecting products, and ensuring proper and accurate paperwork is maintained
- Receive, unload, sort orders and inter-company transfers accurately and in a timely manner
- Accountable to maintain a safe, clean and efficient storage area
- Perform a daily update as needed, as well as an annual intake of inventory
- Organizing run, checking parts and accurately filling out parts sheets
- Loading and securing parts on truck
- Transportation of parts to customers around the GTA
- Reviewing all delivered items with customers ensuring accuracy
- Completion of vehicle log book required daily
- Maintain delivery vehicle: fuel and clean vehicle daily
- Must adhere to Metro Truck’s code of conduct and Health & Safety procedures
- General housekeeping duties

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to accomplish job tasks efficiently while maintain high levels of accuracy
- Position requires: standing, lifting, walking, bending, kneeling, and occasional ladder use
- Ability to follow instructions, and work both independently and as a team
- _**Valid G drivers license and clean driving record **_
