Role Summary
Reporting to the Night Manager, the Night Auditor/Security will be responsible for completing Night Audit responsibilities, operating the switchboard, providing bell services, greeting and welcoming all guests, and providing superior service for all arriving and in-house guests.

Key Accountabilities
1. Posts any late charges not posted on previous shift.
2. Balances all charge codes not posted on previous shift.
3. Scrutinizes room revenue report for reasonability (bucket check). Investigates and corrects inconsistencies.
4. Completes credit card and city ledger sequence, as well as audits the Dollars on the Net System.
5. Completes back-up procedures.
6. Runs one button night audit sequence.
7. Runs required reports and distributes to the appropriate offices.
8. Delivers audit materials to Accounting Office.
9. Ensures that all transactions for a particular date, i.e. Catering transactions, are processes on that day’s totals.

Education and Experience
- Grade 12 graduation
- Minimum 3 years Front Desk experience.
- Degree/Diploma in Hospitality preferred or Hospitality industry courses in Hotel Management
