Gym Salesmen

Join our team at a bustling BJJ Gym in Aurora. We're currently searching for an energetic Sales Associate who excels in a high-pace environment. If you have a knack for sales and a passion for martial arts, we would love to meet you

**Position Details**:

- Part-time role with 12-18 hours per week.
- Long term availability preferred.
- Room for growth and advancement within our team.
- Pay ranges from $18-$30 per hour, plus performance-based bonuses.
- Also available are cash retention bonuses for time in the company

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive new membership sales, as well as manage and renew existing memberships.
- Greet and introduce our facilities and services to potential members.
- Answer phone calls, handle inquiries, and provide excellent customer service.
- Participate in promotional events and marketing activities.
- Minor cleaning duties to ensure a clean and safe gym environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to thrive in a high-paced, energetic environment.
- Experience in martial arts - particularly BJJ, Muay Thai, MMA - is a big asset but not mandatory.
- Reliable, punctual, and maintains a positive attitude.

**Salary**: $18.00-$30.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday
