As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a talented and motivated Business Analyst to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including process flows, user stories, and specifications.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams.
- Work closely with project managers, developers, and quality assurance teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Analyze and interpret data to provide insights and recommendations.
- Conduct research and stay abreast of industry trends to provide informed recommendations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field, or relevant work experience.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a technology-driven environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
- Proficient in the use of business analysis tools and techniques.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP or similar) is desired.
- Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems considered an asset.
- Familiarity with Microsoft, specifically SharePoint, Power Platform, Azure considered an asset.

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Schedule**: Monday to Friday

**Work Location**: Hybrid remote in Calgary, AB
