**Job description**

**Purpose of Position**

**Your main duties will include, but are not limited to**:

- Daily cleaning and inspection of all common areas, garbage areas, washrooms, stairwells, and parkades. This includes sweeping, vacuuming hallways and lobbies, sanitizing restrooms, mopping tile surfaces and stairwells, hosing down exterior, litter pick up of outside areas, emptying of trash containers, clean high touch point areas such as elevator buttons, lobby and elevator doors, dusting;
- Daily cleaning of three offices;
- Keep common areas including the washrooms clean and tidy;
- Keep track of supplies and report to Management;
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

**Summary of Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Experience as a custodian in a residential/commercial property is an asset
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- A team player
- Fluent in English
- Customer service experience
- Excellent task and time management, and organized and detail oriented

**Hours**: Monday to Friday

Hours for Individual: 4:30 - 9:30 PM

Hours for Couple: 7:00 - 9:30 PM

**Hourly rate**:To be discussed.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Expected hours: 25 per week

**Benefits**:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
