Shop/yard Manager

- Maintain a safe working environment and enforce safety protocols
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and tools to ensure proper functioning
- Oversee shipping and receiving activities, including loading and unloading of materials
- Operate skid steer, forklift, crane, and other heavy equipment as needed

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a shop or warehouse setting
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of equipment operation
- Proficient in using various tools and equipment related to the industry
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong leadership abilities with the capability to motivate and manage a team
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality control and customer satisfaction

Pay: $28.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
