**Job Information**

**Pay**: $25-40+/hour (performance-based)
**Schedule**: 4-Day Workweek (Monday-Thursday)
**Location**: Whistler, BC

**What You’ll Do**

**Junior Painter**:

- Surface prep (sanding, scraping, caulking, priming)
- Painting (brush, roller, sprayer)
- Maintain a clean job site & follow safety rules
- Communicate with the team & clients

**Crew Lead (Additional Duties)**:

- Lead & coordinate a small crew
- Ensure quality work & efficiency
- Communicate with management

**What We Look For**

✔ Positive, hardworking, and reliable
✔ Physically fit (on your feet, ladder work, lifting)
✔ Strong attention to detail & team player
✔ Smartphone required (communication & scheduling)
✔ **No experience needed** (but painting/trade skills are a plus)

Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
