**RECEPTIONIST - Full time**

An exciting opportunity is now available for a Social Worker to work as a member of the Haldimand Family Health Team, serving approximately 27,000 patients in Caledonia, Hagersville and Dunnville areas.

The Receptionist within the HFHT is part of a team which enables the organization to meet its goals in the provision of equally-accessible, high-quality, client-centered care to all clients who require it, recognizing and responding to cultural and ethnic differences and to the special needs of individuals by: Providing clerical, reception and support to the organization; assisting in the quality of care through the management of accurate records; ensuring the accurate recording and retrieval of electronic data and assisting with the communication of information. This is achieved through working collaboratively with a broad range of interprofessional health care professionals and HFHT physicians. This position will be based out of Hagersville, however it may be required to work at more than one site and an Ontario drivers licence and a reliable vehicle is required.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Medical Reception/Administration course or reception experience preferred
- Excellent written, verbal, and electronic communication skills essential
- Friendly, calm, and confident demeanor an asset
- Customer service experience a must
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask is essential.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities an asset
- Ability to maintain accurate, concise, and confidential documentation
- Able to work in a team environment.
- Proficy in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) preferred
- Experience with OSCAR electronic medical records would be an asset.
- Must have own vehicle and a valid Ontario driver’s license

**Salary**: $41,370-$43,370 - dependant on relevant experience.
