**Company Description**:
As a Metal Cladder / Metal Building Systems Erector (Working Foreman), you will be responsible for leading a crew in the installation, maintenance, and repair of metal cladding and building systems. You will work hands-on while overseeing the daily operations of your team, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Leadership and Supervision**:

- Lead and supervise a crew of metal cladders and building systems erectors.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members.
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- **Project Management**:

- Plan and coordinate daily work activities to meet project timelines and objectives.
- Monitor progress and quality of work, making adjustments as necessary.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders.
- **Installation and Maintenance**:

- Install metal cladding and building systems, including wall and roof panels, trims, and flashings.
- Perform maintenance and repairs on existing metal cladding and building systems.
- Ensure all installations meet industry standards and project specifications.
- **Quality Control**:

- Conduct inspections to ensure high-quality workmanship.
- Identify and address any issues or deficiencies in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- **Safety**:

- Promote and enforce a culture of safety on the job site.
- Conduct safety meetings and training sessions for crew members.
- Ensure all safety equipment is used correctly and maintained.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Metal Cladder / Metal Building Systems Erector, with a minimum of [X] years in the field.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or foreman role is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of metal cladding and building systems installation techniques and best practices.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Commitment to safety and quality.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
- Relevant certifications or training in metal cladding and building systems installation (preferred).

Pay: $23.72-$44.80 per hour

Expected hours: 50 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
