We are looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team at seesmile Dentistry. This role is ideal for someone eager to contribute to a growing dental practice that emphasizes a positive and welcoming environment. The receptionist will not only be the first point of contact for patients but will also play a key role in ensuring smooth office operations through administrative support and coordination.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive, creating a warm and positive atmosphere
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
- Assist with patient check-in/check-out procedures, including verifying insurance information
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality
- Handle billing, payment processing, and daily financial reconciliations as needed
- Coordinate communication between patients, dental staff, and other departments
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
- Assist in streamlining office processes and managing patient flow
- Support team members in administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- No prior experience is required, but experience as a receptionist, dental assistant, dental hygienist, or office manager is a plus
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in using computers and office software (e.g., MS Office, dental practice management software)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and proactive problem-solving abilities
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 32 per week
Additional pay:
- Bonus pay
