**Your Role**
Join us a Project Manager in Kenora, Ontario with our Northern Ontario business unit.
As a Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of delivering excellence, ensuring your projects not only meet but exceed client expectations. You’ll manage a diverse portfolio of programs, balancing technical, commercial, and financial success while working closely with clients to deliver strategic solutions. Your ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously will be key in driving these programs to success, from identifying and addressing gaps to controlling costs and ensuring clear, effective communication.
By collaborating with local community leaders, you'll help deliver world-class facilities that improve the quality of life in communities across Canada, providing access to essential services like housing, education, and healthcare. **Responsibilities**:
- Champion and personify our values and culture
- Develop strong client relationships and act as the client’s single point of contact to achieve the client’s goals and objectives, focusing on asset renewal and maintenance
- Lead clients through the set-up, initiation, execution, monitoring and reporting of their projects
- You have experience leading a diverse team in the successful delivery of a program of capital project construction
- Your clients trust you and rely on your knowledge, skills, and expertise to achieve their business goals and objectives
- Serve as Account Manager to develop and enhance key strategic accounts within your sector
Qualifications:
- A strong desire to grow the business presence in the local market and meet company growth targets
- A university degree or diploma in engineering or architecture (or an equivalent combination of academic and practical experience)
- 5 years’ experience in project coordination and management, representing owners to deliver capital and maintenance programs
- Experience building and nurturing long-term client relationships and working collaboratively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional industry credentials such as PMP, P.Eng., CET, or similar industry-recognized designation is considered an asset
- The ability to project and maintain a positive outlook, demonstrate an energetic disposition, and empower teams to achieve project delivery
