**Inbound Customer Coordinator**

**(full-time permanent position)**

**Location: Cambridge, Ontario**

Residential Elevators are becoming very popular with home trend-setters and seniors wishing to age in place.

We provide home elevator solutions to Southern Ontario directly and export elevator packages to a vast dealer network across Canada and the USA.

As an Inbound Customer Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to qualify and triage all incoming phone and web leads. You will be the first point of contact for prospective customers, representing our brand with professionalism and providing an outstanding initial customer experience as you connect the lead with the appropriate Salesperson.

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Lead Qualification: Efficiently handle inbound leads from various sources, including phone calls and web inquiries. Assess customer needs and determine their level of interest and suitability for our solutions.
- Customer Engagement: Engage warmly with potential customers, actively listen to their inquiries, and provide accurate information about our offerings. Deliver exceptional service, build rapport, and address any questions or concerns they may have.
- Data Management: Record and update lead information in our CRM system accurately. Keep track of lead progress and follow up with potential customers in a timely manner to nurture relationships.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads. Communicate relevant customer details and insights to enable effective appointment setups, follow-up and conversion.
- Customer Support: Provide basic customer support when necessary, assisting with inquiries and directing customers to the appropriate resources.
- Welcoming Visitors: Warmly welcome guests, customers, and employees as they enter the premises. Create a positive and friendly atmosphere, making visitors feel comfortable and valued.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in customer service or sales support roles.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to actively listen to customer needs and respond effectively with solutions.
- Familiarity with CRM systems or lead management software is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple leads efficiently.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and customer demands.
- Previous experience in a similar inbound customer coordination role will be highly regarded.
