Job Summary:
**Duties**:

- Develop and implement quality control procedures to maintain high standards of manufacturing processes
- Conduct quality inspections and analyze data to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with production teams to fabricate solutions for quality issues
- Utilize calipers and other measuring tools to perform accurate measurements
- Manage the QA/QC team to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Monitor and evaluate internal processes to ensure adherence to industry regulations

**Experience**:

- 5+ yeas of experience in Quality Control or a related field
- Strong knowledge of Quality Management principles
- Ability to analyze data and implement effective quality assurance strategies
- Proficiency in conducting quality inspections and utilizing QA/QC tools
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Understanding of rules and regulations on a construction site
- Experience supervising a QC inspection team for a materials supervision.
- B.Sc. in civil or mechanical engineering, design or related field would be an asset.

Pay: $48,482.91-$117,822.01 per year
