**Type**: Full-Time, on site position with potential for Hybrid work schedule consideration after six (6) months.

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and reference checks.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Utilize various recruiting methods, including online job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Assist in the development and implementation of onboarding programs for new hires.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and retention.
- Report on recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve the hiring process.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma in Human Resources, Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Pay: $46,500.00-$58,500.00 per year
