Pizza Maker

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pizza Cook to join our team. As a Pizza Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking delicious pizzas in a fast-paced restaurant environment. If you have a passion for food and enjoy working in a kitchen setting, we would love to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and standards
- Monitor food quality and ensure pizzas are cooked to perfection
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with food preparation and handling as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
- Follow all restaurant policies and procedures

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in the food industry, preferably as a Pizza Cook or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food service procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to work well within a team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $16.75-$19.81 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Cooking: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Food Handler Certification (preferred)
- Food Safe, SafeCheck, Food Handler or equivalent (preferred)
