Concrete Finisher

_**LLPS - Labrecque Landscaping & Property Services**_ is looking for _**(2) **_Concrete _**workers**_/_**finishers**_ to complete our concrete work for the rest of the year. We will have opportunities for people who want to work year round. Join our team today We are looking for motivated like people who want to make a difference.
Main Objective:
- Perform start to finish tasks on new pours, including excavating, prepping, 2x4's/2x6's with stakes and rebar with other material handling. Pouring cement and finalizing. This would include brush, textured, dyed and aggregate.
- Operate heavy equipment safely to assist with the excavation, cement work and repairing.
- Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to ensure accurate completion of projects "specs" such as ordering the right amount
- Conduct heavy lifting and manual labor as required for the job
- Collaborate with landscapers and other team members or contractors to complete projects on time
- Can start and finish hot tub pads, sidewalks, driveways, retainer walls, curbing or masonry work.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $23.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 50 per week
Flexible Language Requirement:
- French not required
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:
- Concrete work in general: 5 years (required)
- Heavy equipment use: 3 years (preferred)
- Masonry: 1 year (preferred)
- Driving with clean abstract: 3 years (required)
- Concrete "finishing/finisher": 5 years (required)
