Oxford Agropro Ltd. is a full-service agricultural crop input supplier located in Hickson, Ontario.

**Responsibilities of the job**:

- Be able to maintain and repair basic services on your piece of equipment or others in the yard.
- Present yourself in a professional manner towards both the customers and the fields.
- Willing to help with odd jobs around the facility.
- All necessary training will be provided.

**Skills Required**:

- Valid driver’s licence (AZ or DZ preferred but not required)
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating agriculture equipment.
- Valid Ontario Pesticide Exterminator License or willing to obtain.
- Mechanical skills
- Dependable to work long hours during busy season (evenings, weekends, and holidays)
- Basic understanding of crop protection and fertilizer.
- Excellent self motivator and a strong work ethic.
- Excellent time management, organizational and prioritizing skills.

Rate of pay will be based off of experience.

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift

- Hickson, ON N0J 1L0: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
