We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Crew Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring food safety and quality. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a team-oriented atmosphere and are passionate about providing an outstanding dining experience.

**Duties**
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for cash handling and processing transactions.
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and food safety guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment.
- Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong cash handling skills with basic math proficiency for accurate transaction processing.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus; training will be provided as necessary.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by the business needs.

Pay: $17.20-$17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
