**Social Media Specialist**:
**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop & Engage online communities by monitoring and responding to users in a professional and on brand tone on all social media platforms;
- Create and manage our publishing schedules (posts, videos, contests, promotions) and monthly content calendar; ensuring that content is produced on time and is of high quality;
- Implement editorial strategy across platforms, ensuring brand voice is maintained while tone is adjusted to suit each channel;
- Write compelling content that creates engagement;
- Review content in both languages (English and French);
- Make recommendations on the best social media strategies to grow followers, maximize traffic and engagement across all social media platforms;
- Report on social media metrics to provide insights and work with the team to optimize performance;
- Develop and maintain relationships with social active influencers and ambassadors;
- Monitor online brand presence and industry trends while following best practices to identify opportunities in the social media landscape.

**Knowledge and Skill Requirements**
- Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken;
- 1-2 years of experience in community management and social media management;
- Extensive knowledge of social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok;
- Exceptional writing skills for social content, blogs, and advertorials;
- Exemplary grammar, communication, and attention to detail;
- Located in Montreal;
- Discrete with a high level of professionalism towards confidential information.
- A plus:

- Experience in producing digital content, especially for Facebook and/or in project management working with internal or external creative resources to produce content;
- Experience working within-platform social media schedulers such as Buffer & Hootsuite
- Demonstrates a passion for social media and has an active online presence

Le spécialiste des Médias Sociaux est impliqué dans la rédaction, le déploiement et le développement quotidiens des publications sur les réseaux sociaux, sur les plateformes sociales et les courriels. Il s'agit d'une opportunité idéale pour quelqu'un qui excelle dans un environnement dynamique de test et d'apprentissage et qui est prêt à développer des réseaux grâce à l'engagement, la recherche et la narration.

**Responsabilités principals**
- Développer et engager des communautés en ligne en surveillant et en répondant aux utilisateurs de manière professionnelle et sur le ton de la marque sur toutes les plateformes de médias sociaux;
- Créer et gérer nos calendriers de publication (messages, vidéos, concours et promotions) et notre calendrier de contenu mensuel; s'assurer que le contenu est produit à temps et de haute qualité;
- Mettre en œuvre une stratégie éditoriale sur toutes les plateformes, en veillant à ce que le ton de la marque soit maintenu en assurant que celui-ci soit ajusté en fonction de chaque canal;
- Rédigez un contenu convaincant qui crée de l'engagement;
- Réviser le contenu dans les deux langues (anglais et français);
- Faire des recommandations sur les meilleures stratégies de médias sociaux pour augmenter le nombre d'abonnés, maximiser le trafic et l'engagement sur toutes les plateformes de médias sociaux;
- Rapport sur les indicateurs des médias sociaux pour fournir des informations et travailler avec l'équipe pour optimiser les performances;
- Développer et entretenir des relations avec des influenceurs et ambassadeurs sociaux actifs;
- Surveiller la présence de la marque en ligne et les tendances de l'industrie tout en suivant les meilleures pratiques pour identifier les opportunités dans l’espace des médias sociaux.

**Connaissances et compétences requises**
- Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français, tant à l'écrit qu’au parlé;
- 1 à 2 ans d'expérience en gestion de communauté et gestion des médias sociaux;
- Connaissance approfondie des différents médias sociaux tels que Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn et TikTok;
- Compétences exceptionnelles en rédaction pour le contenu social, les blogs et les publireportages;
- Grammaire, communication et souci du détail exemplaires;
- Résident à Montréal;
- Discret avec un haut niveau de professionnalisme envers les informations confidentielles.
- A plus:

- Expérience en production de contenu numérique, notamment pour Facebook et/ou en gestion de projet en collaboration avec des ressources créatives internes ou externes pour produire du contenu;
- Expérience de travail avec des planificateurs de médias sociaux au sein d'une plate-forme tels que Buffer & Hootsuite;
- Démontre une passion pour les médias sociaux et a une présence en ligne
