**Tu es**:
Communicateur(trice) : Tu es un(e ) excellent(e ) communicateur(trice) aussi bien à l’oral qu’à l’écrit et détiens un incroyable sens du relationnel.

Résolveur de problèmes : Tu es capable d’identifier les problèmes et déterminer rapidement et efficacement les actions à entreprendre les plus adéquates seules et en équipe.

Présentateur : Tu es capable de vulgariser des éléments complexes afin de les rendre simple à expliquer et digérer.

Joueur(se) d’équipe : Ton attitude positive t’aide à bâtir de superbes relations avec tes collègues et maintenir les parties prenantes sur la même longueur d’ondes.

Logique : Tu es expert en reconnaitre les modèles et comprendre les choses. Vous envisagez les ramifications des changements au préalable.

**Tu as**:

- Les compétences nécessaires et avérées pour développer des stratégies de courriels et partager des recommandations à l’équipe exécutive.
- Un sens de la communication inouï.
- Un sens de l’écriture et une grammaire irréprochable.
- La capacité de suivre, mesurer et synthétiser les résultats de campagnes de marketing courriels afin de déterminer le retour sur investissement.
- La capacité d’identifier les publics visés et de concevoir des campagnes efficaces.
- La capacité d’analyser et de présenter les données et leurs résultats clairement, précisément ainsi que correctement et être capable d’en déduire des conclusions significatives et des recommandations d’action.
- La capacité de promouvoir des idées de façon interne et externe afin de favoriser une exécution de qualité.
- La capacité de travailler avec différents rôles.

**Tu es responsable de/du**:

- Développement de stratégies courriels et de l’alignement de la compagnie avec la direction, les choix et les tactiques.
- L’envoi correcte des courriels conformes à l’image de marque et à temps.
- La conception et de l’implantation des campagnes marketing par courriel.
- Développement de stratégies concernant les « objets » et les « champs CC » de courriels.
- La collaboration avec les équipes de création pour le design des modèles de courriel.
- La fondation et du maintien des listes de courriels et des partenariats nécessaires pour accéder à des listes additionnelles au besoin.
- Les essais A/B de courriels.
- La communication proactive avec les parties prenantes internes et externes en tant que conseiller(ère) averti(e), de l’amélioration de la transparence et de la collaboration.
- Partage de votre perspective à propos des meilleurs pratiques.
- La communication des nouvelles tendances, nouveaux outils et des meilleures pratiques du secteur.
