Lead Carpenter

A lead carpenter will primarily need to execute the renovations as per plan, which can include:

- Demolition
- Rough Carpentry
- Finishing Carpentry / Woodwork
- Dry wall installations
- Door Installation (Pocket door Installation)
- Basic Plastering

Not only will you be lead carpenter but you will also be team lead. We'd expect a sense of leadership when you are onsite as well as understanding that you will be looking over the general progress as well as doing the quality assurance of the work being done on the projects you are assigned to.

A really good extra but not a necessity would be for you to have the ability to do cabinet installation.

We have all the tools our teams need to complete the work they need to do. However it is hard to trust an experienced carpenter who doesn't own any tools.

Drivers license is a necessity.

**Salary**: $35.00-$60.00 per hour
