**ABOUT THE POSITION**

Take on the role of Warehouse Supervisor, overseeing the warehouse operations along with our internal prefabrication facility. The role reports to the Vice President whilst liaising with the Supply Chain Manager and serving as the cornerstone of our daily warehouse operations. Your responsibility is to ensure smooth functionality, create and implement operational policies for increased productivity, and fine-tune our performance by analyzing key indicators for ongoing improvement.
- Lead the day-to-day operations as a Warehouse Supervisor, ensuring seamless and effective functionality between materials warehouse and the prefabrication warehouse.
- Formulate and execute operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Analyze and assess key performance indicators (KPIs) to pinpoint areas for enhancement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and attain business objectives.
- Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback to a team of employees, fostering motivation and cohesion.
- Uphold compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Identify and execute cost-saving initiatives while upholding quality and customer satisfaction.
- Cultivate a positive work environment, encouraging teamwork, transparent communication, and employee engagement.

**WHAT YOU BRING**
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, or related field (or equivalent trade experience)
- Minimum of 5 years recent & relevant warehouse management/supervision experience
- Proven experience in operations management or a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in operations management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
