_**Part time year round starting Nov 25, 2024**_
- **Guaranteed Hours**:_
- Flex rep will visit the Maxi Dorval location 2 times per week (Monday and Friday) starting at 8am until approx 10am (4.5 hours total per week)
- Flex rep will have guaranteed additional 4-6 hours per week on the Major holidays: Valentine's, Mother's Day, Easter, and Thanksgiving - Flex rep will have guaranteed additional 4 hours per week for the 2 weeks leading up to Christmas.
- Flex rep will provide coverage for any sick calls in and around the Montreal area (gas and travel time will be paid)

**Position Overview**:
In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising and maintaining our flower displays to ensure they are visually appealing and well-stocked at 1 retail location in your geographical area. As a flex rep, you will be responsible for covering for any sick/no shows in and around the Montreal area (gas and travel time paid)

**Reliable personal transportation is required to commute between stores in a timely manner.

**Responsibilities**:

- Merchandise and arrange flowers according to company standards, ensuring displays are attractive and visually appealing.
- Monitor inventory levels and report on hands and discarded inventory on a daily basis
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the floral department, including topping up water and removing wilted blooms or compromised product
- Receiving and processing flower deliveries, unpacking boxes, discarding of garbage

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in merchandising is a must
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for providing excellent and efficient service
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail
- Ability to lift and move heavy products (30lb) on a regular basis

**Description du poste**:Dans ce rôle, vous serez responsable de la mise en marché et de l'entretien de nos présentoirs de fleurs, en vous assurant qu'ils sont attrayants et bien approvisionnés dans 2 points de vente situés dans votre zone géographique.**Un moyen de transport personnel fiable est requis pour se déplacer rapidement entre les magasins.**

**Responsabilités**:

- Marchandiser et arranger les fleurs selon les normes de l'entreprise, en veillant à ce que les présentoirs soient attrayants et visuellement agréables.
- Surveiller les niveaux d'inventaire et signaler les quantités en stock et les invendus quotidiennement.
- Maintenir la propreté et l'organisation du département floral, y compris en remplissant l'eau et en retirant les fleurs fanées ou les produits détériorés.
- Recevoir et traiter les livraisons de fleurs, déballer les boîtes et jeter les déchets.

**Exigences**:

- Une expérience préalable en mise en marché est obligatoire.
- Solides compétences interpersonnelles et en communication, avec une passion pour fournir un service excellent et efficace.
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome dans un environnement rapide.
- Attention aux détails.
- Capacité à soulever et déplacer des produits lourds (30 lb) régulièrement.
