- **We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Child Care Supervisor to join our Preschool Canada - Midland Campus. As a Child Care Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of children in our care, managing a team of childcare professionals, and ensuring that our facility is clean, organized, and well-maintained.**_
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- _**Oversee day-to-day operations of the childcare facility.**_
- _**Ensure that the facility is clean, organized, and well-maintained.**_
- _**Create and maintain a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children.**_
- _**Develop and implement age-appropriate programs and activities that support children's physical, emotional, and cognitive development.**_
- _**Lead, manage and mentor a team of childcare professionals.**_
- _**Provide guidance, support, and feedback to staff members.**_
- _**Schedule and coordinate staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage at all times.**_
- _**Communicate with parents, guardians, and staff to ensure that everyone is up-to-date on children's progress and any concerns are addressed promptly.**_
- _**Manage and maintain records and documentation related to the childcare facility.**_
- _**Adhere to all policies, procedures, and regulations related to childcare.**_
- **Qualifications**:_
- _**Bachelor's degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field.**_
- _**Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a childcare setting, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.**_
- _**Knowledge of child development, learning, and behaviour.**_
- _**Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.**_
- _**Ability to work collaboratively with staff, parents, and other stakeholders.**_
- _**Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.**_
- _**Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to childcare.**_
- _**Certification in CPR and First Aid.**_
- _**Immunization and TB test are required following region requirements.**_
- _**Vulnerable Police Check is required. **_

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$58,250.00 per year

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:
