We, at Leggett & Platt Inc., are searching for a Production Worker. Our automotive products fall into four primary groups: Seating and Lumbar support, Wireless Charging, Motors and Actuators, and Mechanical Cables. This role is production work position for the manufacturing area, responsible for operating equipment, maintain production requirements.

**So, what will you be doing as a Production Worker?**
- Excellent attendance and dedication a must.
- Attention to detail, ability to read and understand measuring equipment is essential.
- Operation of machines/processes according to the SOP’s
- Metal Stamping Press experience an asset
- Ensure customer requirements for labeling and quality are met (follow SOP and
- any quality alerts).
- Inspect area daily, organize and maintain a clean and tidy area
- To operate in accordance with IATF16949 & ISO14001 standards
- To follow the directions of Team Leader/Shift Manager
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Must work as a team player and maintain good employee relations
- Responsible for knowing and upholding the H&S policy and for working in a safe manner and reporting all unsafe or unhealthy conditions of acts
- Participate in EMS activities such as waste disposal, recycling, spill response, hazard reporting, award program, ECO initiative
- Ongoing adherence to Leggett & Platt’s Values
- **Shift: Rotate 3 Shifts**
