GFL is looking for an EPR Administrator to work out of our Arrow Rd location Working under the direction of the Contract Manager, this position will ensure the accurate flow of information pertaining to Recycling EPR activities for multiple locations and contracts.

**Job Duties**:

- Ensure accurate data entries of all Circular Materials (CM) Inbound and Outbound Transactions.
- Ensure accurate data entries of all Reverse Logistics Group (RLG) Inbound and Outbound Transactions.
- Communicate with plant administration for any edits or discrepancies in load information.
- Ensure status of tickets and worksheets are correct for month end reporting.
- Oversee edits of Circular Materials (CM) and Reverse Logistics Group (RLG) loads monthly.
- Track and submit Circular Materials (CM) and Reverse Logistics Group (RLG) load submissions, claims and PO’s daily/weekly and monthly.
- Oversee validation request from Circular Materials (CM) and Reverse Logistics Group (RLG), track and submit for inbound and outbound commodities.
- Coordinate with AR any outstanding or missed Circular Materials (CM) or Reverse Logistics Group (RLG) payments.
- Prepare monthly report for invoicing.
- Prepare Non-CMO municipal invoices for monthly invoicing.
- Coordinate, reconcile and track with IT and Sales/CSR Teams all End of Life Sent (EOLS) and End of Life Received (EOLR) Reports.
- Track End of Life Received (EOLR- Pending Reports) and coordinate with Sales/CSR teams to receive weights.
- Track and report rejections/downgrades with CSR team and ensure accurate entries into CIE trade system.
- Ministry of Environment tracking for Arrow Road for ECA compliance.
- Coordinate, submit and maintain Circular Materials (CM) End-Market approved directory.
- Complete other duties and projects as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in the waste industry is preferred.
- Exposure to Cie Trade, an asset.
- Advanced excel skills and ability to work independently.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Establish priorities and manage data accurately.
- A valid G driver’s license, access to a vehicle and the ability to travel to various office locations, if applicable.

**Knowledge, Skills and Competencies**:

- Provide and/or participate in training as required.
- Comply with company rules, policies and procedures.
- Wear Personal Protective Equipment when touring the operational facilities.
