About Us - Marilyn Cobban started Blue Sky Clothing Co. out of the back of her VW van at the Balfour Ferry Terminal over 25 years ago. Since then Blue Sky has expanded to 9 retail locations across B.C., a thriving e-commerce platform, and a growing wholesale business. We are a family-run, eco-friendly, light-hearted, and caring company. We make our clothing out of natural fibers, primarily bamboo, in sizes XS-4X. We are actively trying to “save the planet one garment at a time” while making “clothing for every body”

About You - You’re mature with a positive attitude. You are reliable, hard-working, and fun to work with. You are in good physical condition, and able to stand for 8 hours a day.

As a Full Time Wholesale Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in promoting our products to our wholesale partners. Your primary responsibilities will include utilizing your creative skills in Photoshop and InDesign to design eye-catching graphics for the Wholesale Department, creating and scheduling engaging newsletters across multiple platforms, and providing valuable support during photoshoots.

**Duties**:

- Design visually appealing graphics for the Wholesale Department using Photoshop and InDesign.
- Create and schedule newsletters on various platforms to effectively communicate with wholesale clients.
- Assist in coordinating and executing photoshoots for wholesale product collections.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to meet productivity goals
- Among other activities provided by the area manager

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in Photoshop and InDesign with a strong portfolio showcasing design skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proactive and creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Experience with computer management, possess a working knowledge of Microsoft Windows spreadsheets, Excel, Shopify, amount others.
