EHT Group is actively seeking an Electrical Apprentice (Year 2-4) who is looking to join a dynamic team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Install electrical heat tracing systems for commercial and industrial facilities
- Commission and start-up electrical heat tracing systems
- Follow procedures as defined in the current CEC code.
- Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical wiring equipment and fixtures using both hand & power tools.
- Diagnose malfunctioning systems using test equipment and hand tools to locate the cause of the breakdown and correct the problem.
- Inspect electrical systems, equipment to identify hazards, defects and the need for adjustment or repair and to ensure compliance with CEC codes

Qualifications:

- Proof of successful completion of at least two years of schooling required for an Industrial Electrician Certification
- 2+ years of relevant work experience in apprenticeship
- Must be self-starter, with ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Strong client focus with demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service
- Must have strong work ethic and be reliable
- Commercial experience required; industrial experience is a bonus
- Willing and able to travel into Canada and US
- Canadian citizen or permanent resident requirement
- Drug and alcohol testing requirement
- Valid drivers license with a clean record
- Strong computer skills

**Salary**: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
