Market forces have reshaped our supply chains and the trading behaviors between manufacturers, distributors, and retailers. As consumers we regularly experience the results of this, but the reason this is happening is much more insidious.

Consolidation is occurring in the supply chain. A wave of mergers and acquisitions have changed the distribution market in a big way. This consolidation is causing upheaval in what used to be trusted, local-level relationships, and is forcing decisions to the corporate level.

This consolidation means limited choices, and it also means partnership decisions are being made at a corporate level, not at a local level. Combine this with partners operating in data silos, and this leads to a lot of squabbling over whose data is correct. This brings about frustration and friction into the mix, and hampers optimal customer service.

Enable believes that we should have a thriving supply chain with vibrant partner ecosystems and local representation that lets us select the products, services, and value we need. We built a platform that lets partners collaborate, agree upon and execute terms, track deal status, and identify the next best opportunity for their business. Our platform is centered on aligning goals and tracking incentives between partners. Because to solve the supply chain issues, we must change the traditional behavior. Incentives like rebates are key behavioral drivers. They unite partners in pursuit of growth and with a focus on the end customer. This is what will help companies in the supply chain succeed. They will be members of a thriving partner ecosystem where they are so well aligned and coordinated that they are a seamless extension of each other.

As a Demand Generation Manager, you will be responsible for designing, executing, and measuring data-driven marketing programs that drive engagement across Enable’s buyer’s journey. You have driven collaboration, understanding, and buy-in across a tight-knit group of performance-based marketers. You can develop multi-channel strategies that can be tied to predictable pipeline development and bring a unique customer-centric voice to the marketplace. You are known for being a dependable, trusted partner who can navigate multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing and advocating for projects which align with organizational goals. You are naturally curious and stay on top of B2B marketing trends and are always looking for ways to simplify manual and repetitive efforts. You are not afraid to share feedback and suggestions with empathy and actionability.

**What we are asking you to do**:

- In concert with the Director of Demand Generation and a Regional Marketing Manager, lead in the development and building of campaigns that achieve growth and conversion goals for a sales territory.
- Incrementally launch and optimize Event and Content activations and assess their performance and fit for incorporation into Evergreen Campaigns.
- Lead Campaign planning and performance measurement with Content, Design, Product Marketing, and Field Marketing teams. Provide regular updates that drive awareness and excitement across stakeholders.
- Dig deep into our data and audiences to identify high-value and under-served segments. Advise and recommend tactics that can drive short-term revenue, as well as those that educate and develop new audiences.
- Research and evaluate sponsorship, content partnership, and syndication opportunities.
- Demonstrate a growth mindset that balances the need of getting things done in a timely manner while ensuring your efforts support on-going iteration, optimization, and repeatability.

**What we are asking you to bring**:

- 2+ years of experience in a B2B Organization. Focus on multiple verticals or geographies is a plus.
- Experience driving collaboration and commitment through project management platforms (Trello, Asana, Monday etc.) and impactful presentations.
- Be a storyteller. Have strong, data-based communication, presentation, and influencing skills, but know what story you’re telling. Awareness of your stakeholders and how to drive alignment and awareness with them.
- Systematic approach to testing and refinement.
- Familiarity with ABM (Account Based Marketing) platforms and processes as we embark on transforming to an Account-first marketing organization.
