**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver 24x7 NextGen firewall change management to Fortinet customers within established SLAs.
- Provision, monitor performance and capacity and produce reports of managed devices.
- Troubleshoot problems and provide corrective actions to restore operations.
- Develop a deep understanding about customers’ business/technical needs.
- Develop core competency on Fortinet’s product line and technologies with a primary focus on FortiGate.
- Direct communication with customers via web-based systems.

**Skills and Attributes Requirements**:

- Strong understanding of networking, routing and switching.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on experience on security products and technologies (e.g. Firewalls, IDS/IPS, SD-WAN, VPN, ZTNA).
- Positive customer-oriented attitude.
- Effective and clear communication skills.
- Fluent spoken and written English.

**Background Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Network Operations Center or related positions.
- FortiGate administration experience or Fortinet NSE5 certification is an advantage.
