We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Operator to join our day shift team in Pitt Meadows. The Warehouse Operator will be responsible for driving forklifts and other mobile devices, staging materials, and ensuring efficient operations within the warehouse. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Forklift Operation: Safely operate forklifts and other mobile devices to move materials and products throughout the warehouse. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.
- Material Staging: Stage raw materials and finished products in designated areas of the warehouse according to established procedures. Ensure accurate inventory counts and proper documentation.
- Material Handling: Load and unload trucks, containers, and pallets using forklifts and other equipment. Handle materials with care to prevent damage and ensure quality control.
- Skid Preparation: Calculate and measure the amount of raw material needed for each skid based on production requirements. Prepare skids according to specifications and ensure they are properly labeled and documented.
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock replenishment activities as needed. Keep accurate records of inventory levels and report any discrepancies to the Warehouse Supervisor.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the warehouse, including aisles, storage areas, and equipment. Follow sanitation and hygiene protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other warehouse operators, supervisors, and cross-functional teams to coordinate activities and achieve production targets. Communicate effectively to resolve issues and optimize workflow.

**You have**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
- Valid forklift certification and/or willingness to obtain certification.
- Strong mathematical skills and ability to calculate measurements and quantities.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and procedures accurately.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment.
- Flexibility to work day shift hours (6:00am - 2:30pm) and occasional overtime as needed.
