**About the Opportunity**:
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a **Regional Marketing Manager** at our head office in Richmond, BC. The Regional Marketing Manager leads the Americas marketing team in executing regional marketing initiatives and implementing the regional marketing strategy. Collaborating closely with Sales, and both the Corporate and Digital marketing teams, the Regional Marketing Manager will utilize marketing automation tools to monitor and optimize campaigns, understand regional market trends, and deliver monthly and quarterly reports on Key Performance Indicators ("KPIs"). The position involves managing a small team, coordinating regional campaigns, executing events, and overseeing various digital marketing activities to ensure strategic objectives and customer needs are met.

NOTE: This is a hybrid role where the incumbent will be expected to work a minimum of 2 days per week in the office. We are scheduled to relocate from Richmond to the Waterfront area of Vancouver by April 2024._**

In this role, you will be expected to:

- Align regional marketing campaigns to maximize synergies and effectiveness;
- Leverage marketing automation tools to monitor, analyze, and report on campaign results, using the data and internal stakeholder feedback to optimize future campaigns;
- Understand regional market trends and competitors, providing monthly and quarterly reports on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with actionable insights;
- Manage a small team to deliver regional marketing team objectives;
- Coordinate and execute the marketing strategy for the Region, facilitating collaboration between Product and Corporate Marketing teams;
- Track effectiveness and ROI of marketing campaigns, brainstorming ideas for new campaigns;
- Manage content for regional website(s), social media, and digital marketing activities;
- Coordinate regional print advertisements.

**About You**:

- You have a Bachelor's or Diploma in Marketing, Business, or equivalent is required;
- You have 7+ years of marketing experience within a B2B environment is preferred;
- You have 2+ years of experience working with CRM and Marketing Automation software;
- You have familiarity with Google AdWords and Google Analytics for demand generation;
- You have proven experience with social media tools such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter;
- You have knowledge of software marketing is an asset;
- You have experience with project management and productivity collaboration tools (e.g., Asana, Wrike, Basecamp);
- You have understanding of CRM tools (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics) and Marketing Automation software (e.g., Marketo);
- You have excellent written skills, including copywriting and editing.
- You are experienced in planning, organizing, implementing, and communicating integrated marketing plans.
- You must be able and willing to occasionally travel within the USA and Canada.

Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000 annually + bonus (Actual salary offered will be commensurate with education, experience and internal parity).
