As an Operations Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting our operations functions across multiple departments, ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide support to the operations department in various areas, including inventory management, supply chain coordination, office administration, e-commerce operations, wholesale operations, customer experience, and other related tasks.
- Collaborate with team members across different departments to assist in operations-related functions.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date inventory records, including monitoring stock levels, conducting regular audits, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
- Assist in managing and optimizing our e-commerce platform, ensuring seamless order processing, inventory updates, and resolving customer inquiries.
- Contribute to maintaining a smooth wholesale operations process, including order fulfillment, inventory allocation, and customer relationship management.
- Support office administration tasks such as maintaining office supplies, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling general administrative duties.
- Demonstrate proficiency in spreadsheet management, maintaining organized records, and generating reports as needed.
- Actively contribute to process improvement initiatives, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing solutions to streamline operations.

**Job Requirements**:

- A university degree or relevant experience in a similar role.
- Hard-working, diligent, and detail-oriented, with a passion for maintaining organized and efficient operations.
- Proficiency in written communication, with excellent writing skills and the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
- Ability to work well both independently and collaboratively, supporting team members across various departments.
- Prior experience in inventory management, supply chain coordination, e-commerce, or customer experience is a plus.
