**What will you be doing?**
As the Managing Partner launching our London, Ontario office, you will be:

- Selecting a specific territory to begin operating the ActionCOACH services within the London, Ontario area;
- Growing the organization and acquiring new clients by hosting the delivery of virtual and live seminars, workshops, training programs, and events;
- Establishing strategic relationships within the territory, including acting as a key individual in the development of a “micro-economy” by creating a community of clientele through these relationships;
- Recruiting, mentoring, and training of Associates to assist with growth initiatives;
- Working with entrepreneurs and executives across all industries and all phases of the business life cycle to improve strategy, sales, marketing, financial management, operational systems, leadership development, culture, recruitment, and exit strategies;
- Being an individual that exemplifies strong leadership qualities by establishing ActionCOACH as a key professional service within the territory; and
- Participating in ongoing training and growth programs to assist in your success, including conferences, accountability programs, personal growth initiatives, other elements of learning to ensure you are operating at peak operational capacity; and
- Liaising with the Canadian and Global head offices to ensure you are deploying best practices and being held accountable to reaching the growth targets being set.

**What qualifies you?**
You will have a strong network of existing contacts and have the ability to quickly build new relationships with strategic goals in mind. You have previously acted in a senior management position, preferably in a service-related business. You have the ability to create solutions for business owners and other professionals that assist them in the growth of their organization. This role is all about sales, marketing, leadership, and building the ActionCOACH brand. This will be done in a dynamic and fluid environment, and your compensation structure is tied to your ability to drive revenue growth. The typical elements that aid in the success of the Managing Partner are the following:

- A desire to play the leadership role in shaping the growth of a newly launched professional services office location;
- 15+ years of proven success working in a relationship-based sales environment, preferably in a role where you have mentored others to assist in achieving those results as they were reporting directly to you;
- Previous entrepreneurial or senior executive-level experience, preferably where you have purchased, grown, and subsequently sold the business;
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to build and nurture strong, trusting relationships;
- Strong critical thinking skills, sound judgement, and business acumen;
- Strong time management and organizational skills while balancing multiple evolving priorities;
- Demonstrate a keen desire and ability to continually learn and develop new skills to develop into the best version of your self possible; and
- Previous experience in a leadership role within the professional services (or related) industry is considered an asset.
- Equity ownership with full autonomy and control for the outcome of results for the territory you will be launching;
